The ALUMETAL™ system is a light cladding that consists of panels of different shapte, height and colour, hooked to a metal structure. The structure can be fixed on every type of existing built.
It is possible to separate the cladding from the wall, keeping a distance which guarantees and adeguate ventilation and a new design of the buildings wihtout structural changes.
This technology provides numerous benefits. The first and most evident benefit is protection of masonery from the elements, aggression by industrial, urban and marine atmospheres, and demage caused by damp and moulds.

The components of the ALUMETAL™ cladding system are made of with various kinds of metal.
The material essentially used in view of its versatility and excellent price is aluminium. Durable, chemicaly stable and lightweight, aluminium can also be worked on site without effecting its characteristics.
It can be adonized, liquid pre-painted with polyamide resins or PVDF, with polyester powders or post-painted to meet special requirements.

Another widely used material si steel: galvanized, pre or post painted, mirror or satin finished AISI 304.

Our impressive capacity in processing metal materials also means that we cann utilize other particular products, such as:natural or aged copper and coated zinc-titanium.

Thanks to high experience in the field, we could design a new system to satisfy the need for a cheaper and more flexible product, less dependent on the infinite varability of building construction, but at te same time would keep the identical quality standards achieved in the years

One of the major problems that is often difficult to solve in such metal cladding is harmonization with the compositional irregularities of pre-existing installations.
Buildings with cylindrical surfaces such as curved walls or support columns, jutting elements and slanted surfaces such as canopies irregular wallsm in short pose no problems in the execution of cladding installations with ALUMETAL™ system.
It is the strong point of ALUMETAL™ compared with ither types of metal cladding.

ALUMETAL™ system consists of load-bearing structure of variable length made of galvanized steel or aluminium fixed to the wall with adjustment brackets.
Box panels or variuos shapes and sizes (according to the project) are fixed to the structure with self-drilling screews.
Wall brackets designed for vertical abd horizontal adjusment, ensure a perfectly square assembly of the facade regardles of the underlying structure.
The cladding envisages the supply of all special pieces needed to couple the facade with existing elements such as fittings, roofs, etc.. to prevent water infiltration between the cladding and the underlying masonry.
