PANELS for False Ceilings
Stretched sheet metal panels 'NET SOUND System'
The NET SOUND panel in stretched sheet metal by PROMETAL® is the latest-generation false ceiling.
NET SOUND combines aesthetic factors and technical features unique of their kind.
Punching of the sheet metal and subsequent stretching - either square or rhomboid - give the panel an irregular effect finishing.
Precisely this surface irregularity interrupts but does not modify sound waves of High, Medium and Low tones for sound-proofing in busy sites such as Hospitals, schools, restaurants, hotels and offices.
Combining the NET SOUND panel with polyester padding installed over the panel achieves a sound-proofing level equal to:
aw = 0.85

STRUCTURE
Panels are simply laid into standard "T" shaped exposed grid T15 or T24.
The hanging system consists of rigid rod hangers with eyelets, clipped in a spring which permits a millimetric adjustment so as to obtain a perfectly flat and horizontal position of the false ceiling.
