PROMETAL SPA hereby informs you that your personal information, which we have acquired on the occasion of your ordering goods or requesting other services, will be processed in full compliance with the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal information; in particular, the information will be processed in compliance with the methodes as indicated in art. 11 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, which requires, among other things, for the information to be:
  • processed lawfully and honesty;
  • gathered and recorded for limited, specific, lawful purpose;
  • exact and, if necessary, updated;
  • pertinent, complete and not in excess of the purposes of the information processing itself.

THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING THE INFORMATION

The purpose of processing the information is only and exclusively hat necessary for filling and order or satisfying other requests you have made: your personal information will actually be processed only in order to manage the customer-supplier relationship, and also to fullfil the obligations and to protect rights consequential to the legislation itself.
In particular:
  • to identifiy the visitori to the site so as to allow him/her to enter the restricted areas
  • to contact the registered visitor (if authorised to do so) to inform him/her of:
  1. site news;
  2. news from site partners;
  3. special events.
  • To analyse collective statistical information so as to adapt the services offered to the needs/taste/requirements of visitors to the site.
We also inform you that we shall automatically acuire, in specific parts of the site, information of a techincal nature concering the visitor's type of connection in order to improve our service for viewing the contents of the website. This mainly includes information about the type of browser used, the type of operating system and the name of the visitor's Internet Service Provider.
PROMETAL SPA staff of persons appointed by PROMETAL SPA may have access to the individual information in order to mainatin the system or to provide a service to the registered visitor.
PROMETAL SPA will not be responsible for disclosure of personal information to third parties to whom the owner of said information has communicated the Password and Username. PROMETAL SPA strongly advises the visitori not to disclose the Password and Username to third parties and to close the browser window on completing any connection. Whene the information as above has been obtained, in accordance with art. 11 of Italian Law 675/96, visitors who have filled out the related form automaticcaly give their consent by deciding to actually send the form. Failure to supply even part of the information marked by an asterisk will make it impossible for PROMETAL SPA to proceed with registration and hence to provide services in full to the registered visitor.

HOW THE INFORMATION IS PROCESSED
The information will be processed by appropriate means in order to guarantee its sercurity and confidentiality and in addition to processing by manual means it may also be processed by automated means (both computers and data transmission). Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, unlawful or dishonest use or utilisation inn excell of authorised limits. PROMETAL SPA hereby declares that any information acquired in any form is processed only within the sphere of PROMETAL SPA itself, of its customers and of its partners with absolute confidentiality and said information will not be transferred to third parties unless at the explicit request of the registered visitor (who wishes to be contacted by a supplier/agent/distributor of a specific product).

NATURE OF IMPARTATION AND LIKELY CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
Communication of your personal information is essential in order to identify the contracting party and it costitutes an indispensable prerequisite to drawing up the administration contract, to subsequent management of the relationship arising therefrom or in order to comply with your requests for services; failure to communicate the information, therefor, may make it impossible to establish or continue the relationship with PROMETAL SPA.
PROMETAL SPA also informs you that all duecare and attention is taken to protect the confidentiality and privacu of visitors to the website, but should a visitor infringe the Conditions for the User by which the website is regulated, PROMETAL SPA reserves the right to communicate the information concerning that visitor to persons whose right have been infringed or to the Public Autorities.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
You have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence, or not, of you personal information in the possession of PROMETAL SPA and to be informed of its content and origin, to verify its sxactness and request its integration of update or rectification, to ask for its deletion, for its transformation into anonymous form oor for the blocking of information infringing the law, and also to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, its processing (art. 7 if Itlaian Legislative Decree 196/2003). Art. 7 (Right of access to personal information and other rights)

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal information concerning him/herself, even if as yet unregistered, and its communication in intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain communication:
- Of the origin of his/her information;
- Of the purposes and methods of its processing;
- Of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the help of electronic means;
- Of details identifying the title-holder, the manager and the designated representative in accordance with article 5, clause 2;
- Of persons or categories of persons to whome the personal information may be communicated or who may come to know of it as designated representative within the territory of the State, as persons in charge or as appointed persons.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
- Update, rectification, or, when of interest, integration of the information;
- Deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed n infrigement of the legislation, including information whish it is not necessary to keep for the purposes for which it had been collected of subsequently processed;
- The declaration that the operations as under a) and b) have been communicated, also as regards their content, to those whose information has been communicated or divulged, except in the case where the execution of said task is found either to be impossible or to imply the use of means that are abviously out of proportion to the protected right;

4. The interested party has the right to oppose, either totally or partially:
- For legitimate reasons, to the processing of te personal information concerning him/herself, even though relevant to the purpose of its collection;
- To the processing of personal information concerning him/herself for the purposes of sending publicity material or of dicrect sale or to cayy our market research or make commercial communications.

Art. 9 (how to exercise the rghts)
The request made to the title-dolder or to the person in charge may also be sent via registered letter, telefax or electronic mail. The Authority mau identifu other appropriate systems with refereces to new technological solutions. When it concerns the exercise of rights as under article 7, causes 1 and 2, the request may also be forumalted verbally and in such a case it is to be noted down concisely the rights as under article 7 the nterested party may appoint, in writingm a delegate or proxy in the form of natural persons, institutions and authorities, associations or organisations. The interested party may also be assisted by a person in his/her trust.
The right as under article 7 referring to personal information concerning deceased persons may be exercised by those who have a pesronal interest, or who act to protect the interested party or for family reasons deserving protection.
The identity of the interested party is verified on the basis of suitable elements of evaluation, also by available deeds or documets or by the exhibition or attachment of a copy of an identification document. The person who acts on behalf of the interested party shows or attaches a copy of the proxy or of the delegation signed in the presence of an appointed peson or signed and presented together with a non certified photocopy of an indentification document of the interested party. If the interested party is a body corporate, an institusion or and association, the request is made by the legitimised natural person based on related charters, articles of association or regulations.
The request as under article 7, clauses 1 and 2, is made freely and without restriction and may be renewed, unless for legitimate reasons, after and interval of at least ninety days.
